$167 million dollar project to replace the existing buildings and infrastructure at the Nanaimo Correctional Centre located near Brannen Lake in the City of Nanaimo.  The project required high precision construction survey layout for multiple new buildings on the site.  Our survey crews also provided civil layout for onsite and offsite infrastructure ( utilities, roads etc).  Turner & Associates provided the legal land surveying and preparation of legal survey plans to replace all statutory rights of ways accommodating the newly constructed  infrastructure.
