Our roots as Nanaimo Surveyors.

Founded in 2010 by Ryan Turner BCLS, Turner & Associates Land Surveying has been committed to precision and excellence from day one. We quickly expanded our expertise by acquiring historical records from W.R. Hutchinson Land Surveying, dating back to 1975, which broadened our client base and deepened our industry knowledge.

In 2016, Matt Schnurch BCLS joined as a partner, building on a decade of successful collaboration with Ryan. This partnership, combined with Vancouver Island’s growth, propelled Turner & Associates into a leading firm with a skilled team of professionals.

Today, we serve both public and private sectors across Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, maintaining a reputation of trusted service and technical proficiency.
